Right of cancellation for consumers
Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for the non-existence and premature expiry of the right of cancellation:

The right of cancellation in distance selling does not apply:
for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
When delivering goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
For the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence.

The right of cancellation in distance selling expires prematurely:
For the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
in the case of delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
When sound or video recordings or computer software are delivered in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General notes on returns

Please avoid traces of use and damage to the goods. Please return the goods to us with all accessories and, if possible, with the original packaging. Please always use suitable packaging to protect against transport damage. Please note that the above information on returns is not a condition for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
