Payment methods

How can you pay with us?

We offer different payment methods:
(when entering data during the payment process, a secure SSL connection used)

1. REFERENCE

This is the normal bank transfer, which you must initiate yourself after confirming your order, either using the form at your bank or, of course, online. Please do not forget to state the order number when making the transfer, as this is the only way to ensure that your order can be clearly allocated. Depending on the bank, it takes approx. 1 to 3 days (from abroad also longer) until the money arrives at our bank and thus the receipt of payment can be booked. For transfers from abroad, you may incur additional costs from your bank.

2. IMMEDIATE TRANSFER
 
If you have an online bank account with PIN/TAN procedure, you can conveniently pay by instant bank transfer from your online banking account. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN.
An order paid for by instant bank transfer is immediately given the status paid and therefore has a time advantage of approx. 2-3 days compared to a normal bank transfer.
The instant bank transfer is carried out by Payment Network AG.

3. PAYPAL
 
If you have a PayPal account, this online payment service is available to you.
Normally you will be redirected to the PayPal website directly after the order process to make your payment.
If problems occur and the PayPal payment process cannot be completed, you can also make the PayPal payment manually via your PayPal account to paypal@magnetmax.de with the invoice number.

4. CREDIT CARD (MASTERCARD / VISA)

It is also possible to pay by credit card (Mastercard / Visa).
When paying by credit card, you enter your credit card details during the order process. These are transmitted securely and directly by our PCI DSS-certified service provider to our credit acceptance partner. The data is not stored or processed by us at any time. Absolute security is our top priority.
There are no additional costs for you.
Your account / credit card will be debited immediately after order confirmation.

5. INVOICE
We offer delivery on account on  request  companies.
You then pay after receipt of the goods, taking into account the stated payment term. For companies unknown to us, we reserve the right to request payment in advance.

6. CASH PAYMENT AT COLLECTION
Of course you can also pay cash when you collect the goods in Waldlaubersheim. In this case, the shipping costs will of course be waived.

After payment:
After receipt of payment, your order will be packed and dispatched by us as soon as possible, at the latest on the following working day. You will be notified of this via the "dispatched" status message sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
