This neodymium flat gripper with cylindrical bore impresses with its compact design and high holding force in a small size. With a diameter of 16.0 mm and an overall height of 5.0 mm, it offers an adhesive force of up to 2.4 kg (under optimum conditions on smooth, ferromagnetic surfaces). The embedded neodymium magnet is embedded in a robust steel housing, which increases the magnetic force and at the same time protects against mechanical damage.
The central cylinder bore enables simple installation with a cylinder head screw or screw pin. The hole goes through the entire magnet body, which also enables rear mounting.
Popular applications:
Assembly aid in furniture construction: For temporary or permanent fixing of cover plates, doors or panels.
Workshop organisation: For attaching tools or metal parts to walls or workbenches.
Sensor or switch fastening: In automation and control technology for contactless mounts.
Packaging and display technology: For invisible fastening of advertising materials, displays or covers.
Note: Flat grippers with bore and countersink are preferably used when flush mounting is required, e.g. in confined installation spaces or visible surfaces. This model with a cylindrical hole is particularly suitable for robust, functional applications where the screw head may or must protrude.
