Make your wall a magnetic surface with the magnetic paint from MagPaint. The idea is to mix paint with iron powder. With 3 coats of paint, enough iron powder is applied to either create a huge pinboard or to hang smaller items on the wall with neodymium magnets. For 1 square metre of wall, you need approx. 500ML of paint to achieve sufficient adhesive force.
After the wall has been painted with magnetic paint from our magnet shop, you can paint over the wall with any colour you like. In order not to weaken the adhesive force too much, you should refrain from painting over more than 3 coats.
Instructions for use:
After about 4 hours (depending on temperature and humidity, of course), the magnetic paint is solid and a second and third coat is possible. A top coat should only be applied after a further 24 hours (complete drying)
Top coat:
A top coat is not necessary. However, if you don't like the grey colour, you can apply a top coat after 24 hours drying time. Especially in children's rooms, a latex paint or a school board paint is recommended to make the wall "usable" and easy to clean.
