Neodymium flat bars with U-profile

These neodymium flat bars are a good alternative to conventional flat grippers. The nickel-plated U-profile, in which the neodymium magnet is embedded, protects the magnet from damage. This also increases the holding force on the open side. On the other side, the magnet has no adhesive force.
This magnet system only rests on the two U-legs and thus prevents damage to the glued-in neodymium magnet.

The neodymium flat strips all have countersunk holes so that they can be easily attached with a countersunk screw.

How do I attach the neodymium flat bars?

The flat bars can be easily attached using standard M3 countersunk screws. Depending on the length of the flat bars, they have one or two fixing points. If you want to secure the magnet against twisting, you should choose a variant with two fixing points (screws).

What are the flat strips suitable for?

The flat strips have the greatest possible adhesive force with a very compact and thin design due to the U-profile used. For this reason, the neodymium flat strips are very suitable for all applications where a low height is advantageous.
Due to their elongated shape and narrow width, the flat strips can also be easily countersunk into grooves, for example.
