Largest disc magnet made of ferrite with a diameter of 10 cm
This is our
largest in the magnet shop! Our largest
disc magnet in the category of ferrite magnets has a
diameter of 100 mm and a height of 15 mm. With its ceramic material "ferrite" in the quality Y30, it convinces with an impressive adhesive force of
11 kg and offers numerous application possibilities in areas that require strong holding force and robustness. Here are suggestions for its use:
- Mechanical engineering: Holding and positioning heavy metal parts during assembly or repair. Use as a holder for tools or fixtures on machines.
Magnetic filter systems: Removal of large metal contaminants from production materials, e.g. in the food or recycling industry. - Lifting magnets: Used in lifting devices for lifting heavy metal parts.
Welding work: Temporary fixation of heavy metal parts during welding or cutting. - Heavy-duty tool holder: Ideal for storing hammers, large spanners or other heavy tools on workbenches.
- Magnetic door stopper: As a robust element for holding heavy doors or gates on metal frames.
- Constructions in DIY: Fixing heavy components or metal elements during construction projects.
- Fixing tarpaulins and tents: Fixing large and heavy tarpaulins, for example for vehicles, boats or garden furniture, even in strong winds.
- Camping and motorhome: Holding heavy objects such as tools, lamps or equipment on metal parts.
- Wind and weather protection: Fastening protective devices or temporary structures in adverse weather conditions.
- Load securing: Securing metal objects or cargo on trailers or in vehicles.
- Shelf organisation: Holding heavy metal objects on metal shelves to save space.
- Magnetic fasteners: Temporary holding of objects in storage areas or workshops.
- Body shops: Holding heavy metal parts during repair or painting.
- Vehicle accessories: As a base for magnetic holders for equipment such as spare tyres or tools.
- Machinery applications: Use on agricultural machinery, e.g. for attaching tools or removing metal particles from crops.
- Stable and yard construction: Holding gates, grilles or other heavy components to metal frames.
This magnet is ideal for environments that require not only high holding force, but also resistance to moisture and moderate heat. The holding force of 11 kg allows even heavy loads to be held securely, while the ferrite finish ensures high rust resistance.
This magnet is a versatile tool for applications that require high stability and strength - whether in industry, in the home or outdoors.
