Largest block magnet made of ferrite 150 x 100 x 50 mm and extreme adhesive force of 40 kg

It is the BIGGEST of the square magnets in the category of ferrite magnets in our shop. It is made up of two magnets with a height of 25 mm each and firmly glued together so that it reaches the complete dimensions 150 x 100 x 50 mm.  With an adhesive force of 40 kg, it is very robust and is suitable for heavy and demanding applications in workshops, warehouses and industry. Here are some applications where you can put it to good use:

  • Heavy-duty tool holder: This magnet is ideal for attaching very heavy tools and equipment such as sledgehammers, large pliers, spanners and other metal tools to a wall or workbench and keeping them within easy reach.

  • Securing gates and heavy metal doors: Use the magnet to hold large metal gates, garage doors or industrial doors in place. The strong adhesive force holds them securely in position and prevents unintentional opening or closing, e.g. in strong winds.

  • Holder for machine covers and parts: The magnet is suitable for attaching heavy machine covers, mudguards or cover plates securely to machines, which is particularly practical for maintenance work and temporary covers.

  • Storage organisation for heavy metal parts: In warehouses or workshops, this magnet can hold heavy metal parts such as iron plates, pipes or large screws securely to metal walls, making it easier to store and organise materials.

  • Fastening for metal shelving and heavy-duty shelving systems: Use the magnet to securely fix metal shelving or shelves. This allows you to create flexible, resilient shelving systems that can carry heavy loads.

  • Temporary fixture for construction work: On construction sites, the magnet can be used to temporarily hold large metal sheets or metal parts in place. This is useful for keeping materials stable while you carry out work or adjustments

    .
  • Holder for thick cables and industrial pipework: The magnet is strong enough to hold thick cables, hoses or metal pipes securely to a wall and create order on construction sites or in production facilities.

  • Hanging heavy tool and material bags: Use the magnet as a holder for tool bags or heavy rucksacks. Ideal in workshops and warehouses to hang large items securely on metal surfaces.

  • Mounting aid for vehicle repairs: When repairing vehicles, the magnet can be used to temporarily hold body parts, doors or metal plates in place. This makes the work easier and the process more stable and secure.

  • Fixing industrial machine components: Use the magnet to temporarily fix components or attachments to machines, e.g. during maintenance or transport. It holds heavy parts securely and stably

    .
  • Industrial and laboratory experiments: The strong magnet is suitable for industrial tests and experiments where large magnetic forces are required, for example in materials research or for testing magnetic fields.

  • With an adhesive force of 40 kg, this ferrite magnet is extremely versatile and particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications. It is ideal for workshops, industrial projects and construction work where stable mounts are required for large and heavy metal objects.
