Powerful ferrite magnet in cuboid shape 100 x 100 x 25 mm with 16 kg holding force

This cuboid magnet is one of the largest ferrite magnets in our shop. With a dead weight of approx. 1.2 kg and an adhesive force of approx. 16 kg, you should take care when handling it.

The ferrite block magnet with the dimensions 100 x 100 x 25 mm is very powerful and can be used for numerous industrial, workshop-related and heavy-duty applications. Here are some ideas on how you can put it to good use:

  • Heavy-duty tool holder: Use the magnet as a heavy-duty tool holder in the workshop or garage. It can securely hold large tools such as axes, sledgehammers, large spanners and other heavy metal tools.

  • Stable holder for gates and doors: Use the magnet to hold heavy metal doors, gates or large flaps securely in place. This can be helpful for keeping garage doors or industrial doors stable in windy conditions.

  • Warehouse and production organisation: In warehouses and production facilities, the magnet can be used to attach heavy parts or fixtures to metallic surfaces, especially when a flexible and strong fastening system is required.

  • Fixing machine covers or heavy panels: The magnet is well suited for attaching machine covers, protective panels or metal panelling to machines and equipment in a stable manner. This is practical for temporary holding during maintenance work.

  • Holder for thick cables and pipes: Use the magnet to organise thick electrical cables, hoses or metal pipes and attach them to walls or other metal surfaces. This keeps things tidy and avoids tripping hazards

    .
  • Metal shelf and heavy-duty fastening: The magnet can be used to secure metal shelves and boards stably to a metal wall or structure and create a flexible shelving system for heavy objects.

  • Application in vehicle construction or workshops: This magnet is ideal for creating temporary supports for body parts, car doors or large metal components, for example during repairs or adjustments to vehicles.

  • Large-format picture or decoration holder: For industrial or modern living spaces, the magnet can be used to stably attach large metal frames, wall decorations or artwork to metal surfaces without having to drill.

  • Hook for heavy objects: Use it as a magnetic hook to securely hang heavy items such as tool bags, large backpacks or even smaller equipment in a workshop or storage environment.

  • Temporary mount for construction projects: In the construction industry, the magnet can be used for temporary supports for metal structures, such as building site grids or large metal sheets. It is useful for temporary structures and provides stability.

  • Experiments and industrial tests: Due to its strong adhesive force, this magnet is also suitable for experiments on material stress, testing magnetic fields or industrial tests relating to magnetism and adhesive force.

  • With an adhesive force of 16.0 kg, this ferrite magnet is extremely strong and versatile, especially for heavy-duty applications and industrial environments. Further available sizes of our ferrite block magnets can be found here. Also take a look at the ferrite disc magnets and ferrite ring magnets ferrite magnets are in contrast to neodymium magnets not coated and overall a favourable but very robust alternative.
